Precautions
➠ Before using the remote control for the first time, insert the batteries and make sure that the “+” and “-” contacts are correctly aligned.
➠ Make sure the remote control is pointed towards the signal receiver, with no obstacles in between, and that the maximum operating distance of 8 meters is observed.
➠ Do not drop or throw the remote control. Prevent liquid from entering the remote control. Do not expose the remote control to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
➠ If the remote control does not operate properly, remove the batteries for 30 seconds before reinstalling them. If the issue persists, replace the batteries.
➠ When replacing the batteries, do not mix new batteries with old ones, or batteries of different types, as this may cause remote control malfunction.
➠ If the remote control has not been used for a long period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage, which may damage the remote control.
➠ Dispose of used batteries properly.
Additional warnings:
This appliance is not intended for use by small children or infirm persons without supervision. Small children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Note
1. This remote control is universal and includes all functional buttons. Please note that some of them may be inactive depending on the specifications of your air conditioner. If certain functions are not supported by your air conditioner, the corresponding buttons on the remote control will simply not work.
2. In cooling mode, the HEAT and ELE.H buttons are inactive and therefore will not function.

Button description
Note:
The remote control displays all symbols automatically during power-on, and then only those relevant to the current operation for the remainder of the time.
The image shows the standard remote control with all functional buttons. They may differ slightly from those on your remote control (depending on the model).

❗👉➨ Attention:
➠ The illustration shows and describes all available functions of the remote control and air conditioner. If the device does not support certain modes, the corresponding functions will not be activated.
➠ The set operating mode is retained after the device is turned off; when the “ON/OFF” button is pressed again, the operating mode remains the same.
➠ The heating mode in cooling-only air conditioners is replaced by the ventilation function.
➠ In Turbo mode, temperature changes occur faster, and the adjustment range is wider. If you feel that the room becomes too cool or too warm, cancel Turbo mode.
➠ The actual remote control may differ slightly from the one shown in the illustration; this does not affect operation or use.

Signal transmission process
Pressing any button on the remote control initiates the transmission of a signal to the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Upon receiving a new command from the remote control, the air conditioner sends a signal back. If the signal is successfully sent and confirmation is received, a sound signal is emitted to confirm the new command.
Air conditioner operation
ON/OFF
Press this button to turn the unit on or off. This will clear the sleep mode settings and timer settings.
FAN SPEED
Press this button to select the fan speed in the following sequence:
Low → Medium → High → Auto → (cycle repeats)
❗👉➨ Note: Auto fan speed is not available in Fan mode.
MODE
Press this button to select the operating mode:
AUTO → COOL → DRY → HEAT → FAN → (cycle repeats)
❗👉➨ Note: Heating mode is not available in cooling-only units.
Automatic mode
1. Press the “MODE” button to select Automatic mode.
2. Press the “FAN SPEED” button to select the fan speed: LOW, MED, HIGH, AUTO.
3. Press the “ON/OFF” button to start operation.
4. Press the “ON/OFF” button again to stop operation.
❗👉➨ Note: In Fan mode, temperature settings are disabled.
Cooling/Heating mode
1. Press the “MODE” button to select Cooling or Heating mode.
2. Press the “▲” or “▼” buttons to set the temperature in the range from 16°C (60°F) to 32°C (90°F). The display will change accordingly.
3. Press the “FAN SPEED” button to select the fan speed: LOW, MED, HIGH, AUTO.
4. Press the “ON/OFF” button to start operation.
5. Press the “ON/OFF” button again to stop operation.
❗👉➨ Note: In cooling-only units, the heating function is not available.
Fan mode
1. Press the “MODE” button to select Fan mode.
2. Press the “FAN SPEED” button to select the fan speed: LOW, MED, HIGH.
3. Press the “ON/OFF” button to start operation.
4. Press the “ON/OFF” button again to stop operation.
❗👉➨ Note: In Fan mode, temperature adjustment is ineffective.
Dry mode
1. Press the “MODE” button to select Dry mode.
2. Press the “▲” or “▼” buttons to set the temperature in the range from 16°C (60°F) to 32°C (90°F). The display will change accordingly.
3. Press the “FAN SPEED” button to select the fan speed: LOW, MED, HIGH, AUTO.
4. Press the “ON/OFF” button to start operation.
5. Press the “ON/OFF” button again to stop operation.
BACKLIGHT FUNCTION (Only for remote controls with this feature)
The remote control is equipped with a backlight that can be activated by pressing any button, allowing convenient operation in the dark.
The backlight may automatically switch off if the remote control is not used for 10 seconds.

Each time the “▲” button is pressed, the temperature will increase by 1°C, and each time the “▼” button is pressed, the temperature will decrease by 1°C. The temperature setting range is from 16°C (60°F) to 32°C (90°F).
❗👉➨ Note: Temperature cannot be adjusted in AUTO or FAN modes; therefore, these two buttons will not function in these modes.
TURBO
Press this button only in COOL or HEAT modes to toggle the TURBO function on or off for faster cooling or heating. When TURBO is on, the airflow speed is set to HIGH. When TURBO is off, the airflow speed will return to its previous setting.
SWING ↑↓
Press this button to activate vertical air flow direction adjustment (up/down). Press again to set a fixed vertical position.
SWING ←→
Press this button to activate horizontal air flow direction adjustment (left/right). Press again to set a fixed horizontal position.
TIMER
Setting the OFF timer
Set the time at which the air conditioner will automatically turn off.
1. While the air conditioner is operating, press the TIMER button to enter the OFF timer setting.
2. Press the TIMER button repeatedly to set the OFF time. The timer can be set within the range of 1–24 hours, increasing by 1 hour with each press. After reaching 24 hours, the next press cancels the timer setting, and the counter resets to 1 hour.
3. After setting the OFF time, the countdown will begin. The remote control display will show the remaining time until the air conditioner turns off.
Setting the ON timer
Set the time at which the air conditioner will automatically turn on.
1. When the air conditioner is turned off (in standby mode), press the TIMER button to enter the ON timer setting.
2. Press the TIMER button repeatedly to set the ON time. The timer can be set within the range of 1–24 hours, increasing by 1 hour with each press. After reaching 24 hours, the next press cancels the timer setting, and the counter resets to 1 hour.
3. After setting the ON time, the countdown will begin. The remote control display will show the remaining time until the air conditioner turns on.
To cancel a previously set timer, press the TIMER button again.
❗👉➨ Note: When the ON timer is set, all functional buttons (except for SLEEP MODE and DISPLAY) cannot be adjusted.

SLEEP MODE
Use this function to reduce noise during air conditioner operation when sleeping, or when standard modes are less suitable.
Press the SLEEP button to activate economy mode. When cooling, heating, or automatic mode is active, the set temperature will gradually change.
When activated in cooling mode, the temperature will gradually increase by 2°C.
When activated in heating mode, the temperature will gradually decrease by 5°C. After two hours, the fan speed will be reduced.
This function maintains a comfortable temperature while saving more energy.
❗👉➨ Note: Sleep mode cannot be activated in FAN mode.
LIGHT
Press this button to turn the display backlight on or off. This function is useful for users who prefer to sleep without display illumination.
CLEAN
Press this button when the unit is OFF. The remote control will display the “Dry mode indicator,” and the unit will automatically perform dust removal and drying to improve cooling and heating efficiency.
❗👉➨ The CLEAN function operates for approximately 30 minutes. If the button is pressed again during cleaning, the CLEAN mode will be deactivated.

Battery replacement

1. Slide the battery compartment cover open. Remove the used batteries and insert new ones, ensuring correct polarity.

2. Press the RESET button located inside the battery compartment.
➠ CLK button
In this remote control model, this button is not functional.
➠ RESET button
This button resets all microcomputer settings to factory defaults (use a ballpoint pen or similar object to press it).
❗👉➨ ➠ To avoid malfunctions, do not insert old or previously used batteries, or batteries of different types.
➠ If the air conditioner will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries from the remote control. Otherwise, electrolyte leakage may occur and damage the remote control.
➠ Under normal air conditioner usage, the average battery life is approximately six months.
Replace the batteries if the command signal is not confirmed by a beep, or if the display appears dim.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
