Before First Use

➠ Carefully read this user manual before operating the appliance. Failure to follow the instructions in the manual may result in injury or damage to the user’s property.

➠ Remove all packaging materials.

➠ Place the air humidifier on a flat, horizontal surface.

➠ To avoid the unit falling, do not place the humidifier on an unstable surface. This may cause malfunction of the appliance.

Rules for Connecting to the Power Supply

➠ Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

➠ When unplugging the power cord, do not pull the cord; hold the plug itself.

➠ Before operating the appliance, make sure that the power supply specifications match those indicated on the appliance label.

Description

Four Operating Modes

AUTO mode — the automatic mode is designed to maintain the desired humidity level.

Sleep mode — night mode; when activated, the display operates at half brightness and the noise level is reduced by 50%.

SPA mode — provides a beneficial effect on the skin and the body as a whole, making humidification more comfortable by spraying heated water and reducing the noise level.

BABY mode (nursery) — gradually reaches the optimal humidity level for a child, set at 55%, and maintains it consistently.

Ion Filter for Water Demineralization

The ion-exchange resin inside the cartridge effectively softens the water by absorbing inorganic impurities contained in the water, such as magnesium and calcium salts.

It is recommended to replace the ion filter every 3–4 months (up to 80 fillings of the water tank).

NATURAL SHIELD™ Technology – Air Purification and Disinfection

The NATURAL SHIELD™ technology is based on the action of phytoncides — biologically active substances of plant origin that prevent the growth and development of pathogenic bacteria and microscopic fungi.

Install the NATURAL SHIELD™ cartridge in the rear part of the humidifier base and adjust the intensity of phytoncide evaporation using the switch on the lid. For installation instructions, refer to the cartridge packaging.

Anti-Bacterial NANO SILVER Coating of the Water Tank

The inner surface of the water tank is coated with silver nanoparticles, which have an antiseptic effect and effectively purify the water from harmful bacteria and microbes.

WARM STEAM Function

Before entering the steam generation chamber, the water is heated to 80 °C, resulting in its sterilization. The temperature of the outgoing steam in this mode is 40–45 °C.

Control Panel

➠ POWER — on/off button.
➠ MODE — button for selecting the operating mode.
➠ TIMER — button for setting the operating time from 1–9 hours or continuous steam generation “CO”.
➠ STEAM — button for selecting the steam generation power level.
➠ HUMIDITY — button for selecting the humidity level from 40–75% or continuous steam generation “CO”.

❗👉➨ Note: The set humidity level in the room is maintained automatically.

➠ WARM STEAM — button for activating the warm steam function.

❗👉➨ Note: Warm steam spraying at a temperature of 40–45° will begin 20 minutes after activation of this function.

Water Tank Lock

After installing the water tank, for safety and convenient transportation of the humidifier, set the tank lock in the vertical position.

Filling with Water

Open the water tank lock and remove the tank. Open the water tank lid and fill the tank with water. Tighten the lid securely and install the tank onto the humidifier base. When installing, ensure that no water leaks. Close the water tank lock.

Installing the NATURAL SHIELD™ Cartridge

Open the air filter compartment.

Remove the air filter and the transparent retainer.

Install the NATURAL SHIELD™ cartridge.

Secure the cartridge with the transparent retainer, install the air filter, and close the compartment.

Precautions

➠ Keep this operating manual for future reference.

➠ Install the air humidifier only on a dry, level surface.

➠ If any damage is detected, immediately stop using the air humidifier and take it to the nearest service center for testing, replacement, or repair.

➠ The air humidifier is not intended for use by children without proper supervision.

➠ To avoid white residue, use water with a hardness not exceeding 5.4 mg-eq/l. It is recommended to use purified or distilled water.

➠ Do not pour hot/cold water into the water tank (the water temperature must be within the range of 19–30°C).

➠ Do not add aromatic substances to the water.

➠ Do not tilt or turn the air humidifier over during operation.

➠ Do not operate the air humidifier in close proximity to heating appliances or other sources of heat.

➠ The minimum distance from the humidifier to a wall must be at least 10 cm, at least 1 meter to the ceiling, and at least 50 cm from the floor.

➠ To avoid electric shock, do not fill the water tank after connecting the air humidifier to the power supply.

➠ Do not immerse the humidifier base or the power cord in water.

➠ For safety, all repair and maintenance work, except for filter replacement and cleaning of the humidifier, must be carried out only by representatives of BORK's authorized service centers.

Cleaning

❗👉➨ Attention Disconnect the air humidifier from the power supply before cleaning.

❗👉➨ Tip: Empty the water from the humidifier after each use.

Rinse the water tank under running water and wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Clean the inside of the humidifier base using the cleaning brush. Rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft dry cloth.

To reset the FILTER indicator after cleaning the humidifier, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds when turning the unit on.

❗👉➨ Attention Do not clean the humidifier using chemical agents or detergents.

Cleaning the Air Filter

Open the air filter cover, remove the filter, and rinse it under running water. Once the filter is dry, reinstall it.

Storage

Before storing the air humidifier, clean and dry it thoroughly.

Certification Information

The product is certified. The service life set by the manufacturer in accordance with Clause 2, Article 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” is 3 years from the date of sale, provided that the product is used in accordance with the rules and recommendations specified in this operating manual and applicable technical standards.
